Booking Terms – Summary

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our full Terms & Conditions.

Key points to note:

1. Our standard labour rate is £60 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours for non-emergency jobs.

2. Some services are offered at fixed prices. Fixed prices cover only the work described at the time of booking. Any additional work not included in the original description will be charged separately.

3. No call-out charges apply to standard bookings. Emergency services only (electrical, plumbing, locksmith, boarding/shuttering) may incur call-out charges, which will be disclosed before attendance.

4. Survey or site visits are chargeable. Survey fees will be confirmed before the visit and do not constitute a booking unless agreed in writing.

5. Online bookings require upfront payment and confirm your appointment.

6. If access is not provided at the agreed time or the client is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and up to 50% of the booking value may be retained.

7. Fixed-price bookings require the work area to be clear and accessible. Time spent clearing or moving items will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

8. Warranty details are provided separately on a Warranty Card, which must be requested and signed by the attending professional.
