CALL OUT FEE

Call out fee is as important as the other services because there are number of factor in call out service for example.

Travel Cost:

In order to attend job location we have to travel in our commercial vehicle with all the tools and

Time / Duration:

The time duration we spent to attend sites that cost us money where there is a traffic jam or accident delay but we charge one set price for our call out fee

Fuel cost:

Commercial vehicle consumes fuel more than the non commercial vehicles.

Parking cost:

In a large number of sites we have to pay for parking some time for the day parking which cost us and this expense add up and affects the price.

No job cost:

Multiple times we get requests for jobs and when we turn up customer either do not answer the door, forgot about the booking, made other plan, change of mind. That is fine but last minute cancellation cost us money.

Call out fee is non refundable if cancelled within 48hrs of appointment.
