1.1 When a job is offered, you are free to accept or decline the work.
1.2 Job details such as location, time, and role will be provided in advance.
1.3 Accepting a job confirms your availability and agreement to attend as instructed.
2.1 In most cases, staff are responsible for reaching job sites independently.
2.2 Some jobs may include pickup, drop-off, or both — this will be confirmed before the job.
2.3 Travel between job sites during working hours may be paid when arranged by the company.
3.1 Jobs operate on 30-minute start slots (e.g. 09:00, 09:30, 10:00).
3.2 You must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
3.3 This is a work on demand job. If you arrive late, you will only be paid from the time you actually start work.
3.4 Repeated lateness, unjustified absence, or no-shows may result in no further work being offered.
4.1 Clock in only when work begins (e.g. before taking tools from the van).
4.2 Clock out only after work is fully completed.
4.3 Tools must be clean before use, cleaned again after use, and returned to their correct place.
4.4 Incorrect clocking may result in non-payment for those hours.
5.1 You must take before and after photos or videos of all work carried out.
5.2 All media must be sent to the company WhatsApp number provided.
5.3 These are required for records, quality checks, and customer updates.
6.1 Job sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
6.2 Waste must be bagged and left in the designated area before leaving.
6.3 Always respect the client’s property and surroundings.
7.1 Staff must wear clean and appropriate clothing.
7.2 Safety footwear should be worn where required.
7.3 Offensive or inappropriate clothing is not allowed.
7.4 Company-issued clothing must be worn when provided, including: Company jacket, Company high-visibility (hi-vis) jacket
8.1 All breaks are unpaid and must be clocked out.
8.2 Personal phone use is not allowed during work time except for emergencies.
8.3 If a call lasts longer than 3–5 minutes, you must clock out and clock back in when work resumes.
9.1 There is zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use before or during work.
9.2 You must be fit to work at all times.
9.3 Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be immediately removed from site and may not be offered future work.
10.1 Customer details must never be shared outside the company.
10.2 Photos or videos taken on site are for work purposes only.
10.3 Posting job site content or customer information on personal social media is not allowed.
10.4 Customer matters must not be discussed outside of work.
11.1 Staff must learn the names of tools and know where they belong.
11.2 Tools must be handled with care, kept clean, and stored correctly.
11.3 Vans must be kept clean; tasks may include sweeping or mopping when required.
12.1 Accidental damage can happen and must be reported immediately.
12.2 Do not hide or attempt to repair damage without approval.
12.3 Failure to report damage may affect future work opportunities.
13.1 All payments are made directly to your bank account.
13.2 Payments are processed within 3–5 working days from your last working day.
13.3 Accurate bank details must be provided to avoid delays.
14.1 Your performance determines whether you will be offered future work.
14.2 You are expected to give 100%, use common sense, and work professionally.
14.3 Continued poor performance or failure to follow guidelines may result in removal from future job offers.
