- Job offer :
When you are offered job. You are free to make your own choices. With the information provided for example job location, job time & job role.
- Reaching to job sites:
Most of the job site staff is liable to reach by them salve. Some job will offer a pick up, some drop off and some will offer both. Staff will be informed this information before the job.
- Starting & stopping time
Job starting times are every 30 mins for example 9:00-9:30-10:00-10:30-11:00 and so on. You are require to arrive 15 mins before job site so you can set yourself up to work.
- Clock in & out:
Staff must only clock in when starting work for example just before taking tools from the van and after putting the tools where they belong after that you can clock out. Also make sure the tolls are clean before using or passing and must make sure to the clean the tools before packing them away in organizing manner.
- Photos & videos:
You are required to take before & after photos, videos and also send the photos and video to the 07999933048 WhatsApp.
- Job site:
Keeping the job site clean and tidy will be required at all time.
- Services & staff:
Staff on site should know about the services we offer.
- Breaks:
Breaks are not paid all breaks must clocked out and clocked in when resumed.
- Phone :
Personal calls are not allowed unless it is emergency call or important call. If your calls are longer than 3-5 mins you must clock out & finish your call before clocking back in.
- Pouching (strictly not allowed):
Pouching is where staff tries to pass their or other businesses details to customer. If anyone the found doing that be sure they will not be call for any work from us. When the client or any one asks to contact details the company detail should be passes if in charge is unavailable.
- Safe guarding/ protection:
You must make sure for the safety of the site hazards; protect the job area before starting the work.
- Protection priority:
Your shelf, other staff, other people, job site, tools,
- Payments:
All payment will be made in to the bank accounts. With the 3-5 working days from the last day you work on job. Make sue to provide accurate bank details.
- Van & tools
Keeping the van clean all time is one of the last tasks you can perfume for example sweeping & moping the van.
- Finishing job:
You must clean the job area before leaving, bag all the waste and leave the waste bag at the designated place. All the tools must be clean and put away to their place.
- Job Performance :
Your working out put will decide where there you will be called for the next job or not so please give your 100% with common sense and skills you have. You will be starting to receive the Performance report soon your work will be give rating on.
