The above price includes full preparation and repainting of the front elevation of the property, including the bay window and all accessible rendered surfaces. The work includes the supply and erection of ladder scaffolding or tower access, pressure washing and cleaning of all surfaces, scraping and removal of any loose or flaking paint, treatment of minor cracks, and small patch repairs or re-rendering where required.

The quotation also includes the supply of all high-quality exterior masonry paint and materials, application of stabilising solution or primer where necessary, and the application of two to three coats of paint to achieve a professional and long-lasting finish.

All labour, masking and protection of surrounding areas, final cleaning, and the removal and responsible disposal of all job-related waste are included in the price.

This quotation covers minor repairs only. Should any major structural issues or extensive render replacement be identified once preparation work begins, any additional work will be discussed and agreed separately before proceeding.
