Carpet Repair – Important Notes

We will make every reasonable effort to match the replacement carpet piece as closely as possible to the colour, texture and appearance of the existing carpet.

However, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. The replacement piece will be brand new, while the surrounding carpet has already been exposed to normal use, wear, cleaning and possible fading. As a result, there may be a visible difference in colour, shade, texture or appearance around the repaired area.

By accepting this quotation, the customer acknowledges that the repaired section may remain noticeable and agrees that a minor colour or texture variation will not be considered a defect in the workmanship.

The material charge includes the replacement carpet piece and the adhesive required to complete the repair.
